Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Born in 1915, Joseph Sciabica had a dream to bring the best olive oil to a country where there was virtually none. The story begins in 1936, Joseph was determined to show consumers the wonders of extra virgin olive oil. Sciabica’s Olive Oil survived through difficult times with Joseph at the helm of the business. Today, they are the oldest producers of extra virgin olive oil in California. Joseph’s hard work inspired generations to come. Nicholas and Andrew Sciabica, five generations later, resembled Joseph’s passion for extra virgin olive oil. They decided to attend culinary school with dreams of starting a food truck to share their family’s olive oil in a new way. While in culinary school, they met the double trouble duo Jimmy and Dee (Deanna). Dee trained under a Michelin Star Chef along side Nick and Andrew while Jimmy trained at one of Orange County’s top catering companies. Deanna brings her Mexican heritage to EVOO’s menu while Jimmy takes us across the Pacific with Asian heritage.The dream began with Joseph and it will continue strong with EVOO Foods.
